The aerosol optical depth were retrieved using deep\|blue algorithm based on the GOCI data of 72 clear\|sky days in 2013 over the Yangtze River Delta,and then were validated by field data from two measured sites.The results show that the GOCI data can be used for inversion of land aerosols,and both sites show high accuracy.The fitting degree of Beichenlou station of Nanjing University of Information Science and Technology is 0.659,and that of AERONET station is 0.747,which shows good agreement compared with MODIS aerosol products.At the same time,it is found that the aerosol products based on the GOCI data of the stationary satellite have the ability to monitor the diurnal variation of aerosol and provide the basis for the aerosol dynamic diffusion and the climate effect study.   相似文献

Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is the third leading cause of cancer-related mortality worldwide. New insights into the pathogenesis of this lethal disease are urgently needed. Chromosomal copy number alterations (CNAs) can lead to activation of oncogenes and inactivation of tumor suppressors in human cancers. Thus, identification of cancer-specific CNAs will not only provide new insight into understanding the molecular basis of tumor genesis but also facilitate the identification of HCC biomarkers using CNA.  相似文献

Driving profile of on road vehicles has shown to have significant effect on fuel economy. This paper discusses the development of Pontryagin's Maximum Principle (PMP) based solution to determine the energy optimal velocity profile by incorporating the gear shifting, speed limit and road grade constraints simultaneously. In the proposed approach the real world road grade profile and speed limits are approximated by a set of piece-wise constant functions and the corresponding first order necessary conditions are derived. By solving a number of differential equations an analytical solution is generated. Therefore, the computation time of the solution is extremely fast. To verify the global optimality of the solution, the results are compared with dynamic programming (DP) solution that solves the complex and non-linear representative model of the actual test vehicle. The comparison results prove that the generated optimal speed trajectories are very close to global optimal solution.  相似文献

Urban heating in northern China accounts for 40% of total building energy usage.In central heating systems,heat is often transfened from heat source to users by the heat network where several heat exchangers arc installed at heat source,substations and terminals respectively.For given overall heating capacity and heat source temperarure,increasing the terminal fluid temperature is an effective way to improve the thermal performance of such cascade heat exchange network for energy saving.In this paper,the mathematical optimization model of the cascade heat exchange network with three-stage heat exchangers in series is established.Aim at maximizing the cold fluid temperature for given hot fluid temperature and overall heating capacity,the optimal heat exchange area distribution and the medium fluids' flow rates are determined through inverse problem and variation method.The preliminary results show that the heat exchange areas should be distributed equally for each heat exchanger.It also indicates that in order to improve the thernmal performance of the whole system,more heat exchange areas should be allocated to the heat exchanger where flow rate difference between two fluids is relatively small.This work is important for guiding the optimization design of practical cascade heating systems.  相似文献

多沙粗沙区5流域水沙变化及其对人类活动的响应   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
基于多沙粗沙区皇甫川、孤山川、窟野河、秃尾河和无定河流域(5个流域)中各水文站1956~2012年逐月降雨、径流和输沙实测资料,对比了5个流域水沙情势,并定量分析了降水和人类活动对水沙变化的贡献率。结果表明,1956~2012年径流量、输沙量减少趋势明显,输沙量主要集中在汛期,占全年的96%,2000年以后,输沙量急剧减少;截止2010年,该地区实测水库总库容67 899.5×104 m3,仅为原库容的62.8%,同时该地区建有淤地坝9 114座,是水沙量减少的另一重要因素;在黄土高原北部区域,水库、淤地坝、灌区引水和煤矿开采等人类活动对径流量和输沙量的减少作用明显,也是水沙减少的关键因素。  相似文献

Abstract

There is a need for standardized methods for testing vehicle seats. Such methods would allow for the direct comparison of the merits of seats of diverse types and designs. At the present time standardized testing procedures are not possible because the dynamic characteristics of the human subjects occupying the seat during testing vary widely from man to man and affect the seat response. Testing with dead weight loading does not accurately portray the dynamic characteristics of the seat. A damped spring-mass system closely approximating to the dynamic characteristics of a seated man to vertical modes of vibration has been developed as the basis on which a standardized vehicle seat testing procedure can be built. Analysis of the problem by means of mechanical impedance techniques indicated that a two-degree-of-freedom system was sufficient to simulate the major dynamic characteristics of man in the frequencies below 10 Hz where seat vibration is most severe. Test procedures have been developed which utilize the man-simulator as the seat load. Results of these tests will be useful because they do not contain the subject variable and therefore can be compared directly with results obtained in other laboratories using the same methods.  相似文献

将丙烯酰胺(AM)与甲基丙烯二甲胺基乙酯(DMAEMA)进行自由基共聚,制备出一种粘度可调控变化的新型聚合物P(DMAEMA-AM)。聚合物分子结构采用红外光谱进行表征;通过溶液电导率证实其具有可逆调控性能;同时对聚合物热敏性、CO2/pH调控粘度变化规律及其变粘机理进行了研究。结果表明,通过CO2/pH刺激调控,P(DMAEMA-AM)水溶液粘度能够发生可逆变化。  相似文献
